The 192-acre Fairfield campus, centrally located just off Interstate 80, was completed in 1971 and opened with 5,000 students. Since then, the College has added the Vallejo Center, the Vacaville Center, and offers classes at the Travis Air Force Base University Center.Solano College is part of California's community college system of 113 campuses in 72 districts across the state.
