Bookstore / Cafeteria / Student Union - Building 1400

Building 1400 will contain the newly renovated bookstore. The bookstore will have a general retail area, a buyback counter, and a shipping and receiving dock. Student Health Services is also located in Building 1400. A new health services facility includes three exam rooms, a reception area with a patient waiting room, a nurse’s office, a counseling and treatment room. The most common use for Building 1400 is the cafeteria. The student dining has been renovated, and is a great place to kick back and have a meal or a quick snack. The cafeteria includes a serving area and snack bar. Building 1400 will house the Student Development Director’s office which includes a private office for the Director and administrative assistance. The administrative assistant’s office will also include space for a part-time student assistant. A new Associated Students of Solano College office area will be a central workplace for students. Adjoined to Building 1400 is a new faculty and staff dining building.
